LIKE Lab’s dynamic two-day capacity-building program in Rautahat District, held on November 5th and 6th, served as a vibrant hub of creativity and innovation. This event, with a focus on principals from Yamunamai Rural Municipality and Durga Bhagwati Rural Municipality, aimed to equip educational leaders with invaluable skills and knowledge, enhancing their roles as local stakeholders. A total of 29 participants, including 21 males and 8 females, who are key figures like principals and educators attended the program. The event was designed to provide practical insights and strategies to address gender-related and social inclusion challenges within the education system. The focus on GESI training reflects a commitment to fostering a more inclusive learning environment. Participants left the event equipped with knowledge and tools to create positive change within their schools. The collaborative effort emphasized the importance of a united community in driving educational advancements.
